Red Hawk Casino is the great employer. I have been working for Red Hawk for almost 2 years. The hours could be hard at times but at the end of the day the experience and kind team members made it worth it. Worked there for almost 3 years before they fired me, but i don't hold it against them. Ive learned countless skills and met some of the greatest friends I could ever have. They always make sure your needs as a team member are met and make you feel as if your apart of their family. Salary and compensation were ok. This place is great. The employee food is great, benefits are unbeatable. I loved my job and I was an excellent employee. Must be alert within the environment. Manager of beverage department is aware of the situation but nothing yet has been done. Favoritism, bullying, bad manager. Only downside really in my opinion is the guests, they will blow through their money and thus may be unhappy so look out for that if you're in a customer-service field.
